• eHealth (EHTH), up 2% after activist investor Starboard Value filed a 13-D that shows it took a 6.9% stake, nominated four directors to the board and said that it has and intends to continue to engage regarding the company's recent financing and results
• Oramed Pharmaceuticals (ORMP), up 21% after announcing that it has screened the first patient in its ORA-D-013-2 study, the second of two concurrent Phase 3 studies of its oral insulin capsule, ORMD-0801, for the treatment of type 2 diabetes
• BioLife Solutions (BLFS) up 25% after the company reported Q4 results and announced a deal to buy Stirling Ultracold, which makes ultra-low temperature bio freezers
• Chiasma (CHMA), up 11% after presenting long-term safety and efficacy data from the first 48 weeks of the open-label extension, OLE, of the Phase 3 CHIASMA OPTIMAL trial of Mycapssa at the Endocrine Society's annual meeting

LOWER - 

• Frequency Therapeutics (FREQ), down 72% after announcing that day-90 data from its FX-322 Phase 2a study show that four weekly injections in subjects with mild to moderately severe sensorineural hearing loss, or SNHL, did not demonstrate improvements in hearing measures versus placebo
• Ionis Pharmaceuticals (IONS), down 21% after the company announced that its partner Roche (RHHBY) has elected to discontinue dosing the Phase 3 GENERATION HD1 study of tominersen in manifest Huntington's disease based on a pre-planned review of data
• MP Materials (MP), down 7% after announcing a proposed registered secondary public offering of 8M shares of common stock by certain existing stockholders of the company
• QuantumScape (QS), down 6% after commencing an underwritten public offering of 13M shares of its Class A common stock being offered by the company
